SAPAudits is an independent SAP license consulting and security consulting practice. We have no commercial relationship with SAP SE. We are not an SAP partner, reseller, implementation partner, or affiliate. Our independence position is detailed on our why independent page. Use of the website
You may use sapaudits.com for lawful business purposes only. You may read our research, request gated white papers, contact our team, and reference our published content with attribution. You may not crawl the site at a rate that disrupts service, attempt to access restricted areas, or use automated tools to harvest contact details. You may not republish substantial portions of our research without written permission.
Research and white papers
Our research library is available at no cost in exchange for a corporate registration. Each of the 25 white papers requires your name, job title, company, and corporate email address. Submission redirects you to the full paper on the site. We do not deliver papers by email and we do not generate downloadable files. You can browse the complete library on our white papers hub.
You may share the link to a paper internally within your organization for legitimate review purposes. You may cite excerpts in internal documents with attribution to SAPAudits. You may not republish the full text on another website, distribute it through paid channels, or remove the attribution. Our published research represents our professional analysis at the date of publication and may be revised without notice.
Blog and educational content
Our blog contains long form articles on SAP licensing and SAP security topics. The full library is indexed at the blog home. Articles are educational. They do not constitute legal advice or a contractual position. Where we describe SAP product behavior or contract clauses our description reflects the information available to our practitioners at the time of writing. SAP may revise its products and contract templates at any time. Always verify the current state of your own SAP contracts before relying on a published article.
Consulting engagements
Consulting engagements with SAPAudits are governed by an executed engagement letter that supersedes anything on this website. The engagement letter contains the scope of work, deliverables, fees, confidentiality obligations, and dispute resolution mechanism for that specific project. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide consulting services and nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Independence and conflicts
We accept no fees, commissions, kickbacks, referral payments, or in kind benefits from SAP SE or any SAP reseller. We do not resell SAP software and we hold no SAP partner status. We disclose any potential conflict in writing before accepting an engagement and we walk away from any engagement we cannot deliver with full independence. Our independence position is restated on every page of this site through the band immediately below the navigation bar.
Intellectual property
All material on sapaudits.com including written content, page design, code, graphics, photography, and brand marks is owned by or licensed to SAPAudits. The SAPAudits name is our trademark. The SAP name and related product names are trademarks of SAP SE and are used here only to describe our independent advisory practice. Our use of those names does not imply any endorsement or relationship.
Disclaimers
The website and the research library are provided as is. We work hard to keep the content accurate and current but we make no warranty that every article is free of errors or fully reflects the latest SAP contract template. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance. The site may link to third party resources. We are not responsible for the content of those resources.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law SAPAudits is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website or the research library. Liability for any engaged consulting work is set out in the specific engagement letter for that project and is not modified by this page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Forms and corporate email

Acceptable use

Termination

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of SAPAudits as set out in our engagement letters. Any dispute arising from use of the website that is not covered by an engagement letter will be handled through good faith discussion before any legal action is initiated.
Updates
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision. Material revisions will be summarized in a notice at the top of the page for at least sixty days. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
